Deliveries within London (Fruits & Vegetables and others products):

• Scheduled Deliveries: We offer scheduled deliveries for orders containing mainly fruits and vegetables within the London area on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

• Cut-off Times:

  • Orders placed before Saturday 12pm will be delivered the following Tuesday.

  • Orders placed between Saturday 12pm and Monday 12pm will be delivered the following Thursday.

Deliveries outside London (All others Products excluding Fruits and vegetables):

• We offer standard delivery for all products to all UK postcodes outside of London. Standard delivery is charged at from £6 pounds and typically takes business days to arrive.

• Expedited Delivery: We do not currently offer expedited delivery options for areas outside of London.

General Information:

• A minimum order value of £45 is required for all deliveries.

• Orders are dispatched from our warehouse on business days only (excluding bank holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

• We use a courier company for all deliveries.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as order volume and location.

• We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

• For deliveries to remote areas, additional charges may apply. We will contact you to discuss any additional charges before processing your order.
